Ob Hill Up Hill
Christmas morning Geoff rolled out of bed nice and early to participate in the Ob Hill Up Hill. Crazy man. The name of the race says it all. This year Geoff placed third (with a hangover). At the end of the race the participants hung around for a few pictures and some enjoyed hot cocoa. With in 30 minutes from the start Geoff was back to the room to rejoin me in our nice warm and cozy bed. Yeah I am a slacker.

Hi you two - great job Geoff - I would have to say that I too would be a slacker - nothing like a nice cozy warm bed in the winter. Glad you don't mind the cold like me - not my favorite time of year.
Shawn's band has been playing at the Groggy Frog in Southington and will be once a month for a while - went last night - place was packed.

Hi Aunt Sharon... This season I have mainly stuck to workin gout in the indoor gyms. Geoff has been the outdoor adventure man. I have ran outside a couple of times, but it hasn't been a regular activity. I am not a big fan of wind in my face when I am running.
That's awesome that Shawn is playing in Southington. We (of course) will have to check it out when we get back.
